I used to talk to you all the time

There weren’t anything I couldn’t tell you

But now I can’t even remember sound of your voice

What I wouldn’t give to talk to you again

I woke up today missing you so much

It hit so hard how long it has been when we talk

I can’t even remember what we talked that last time

But I can’t ever forget you

My old friend it has been years

Still after all this time

There is no one who could take your place

I carry part of you in my heart

Until the day we will meet again

The day my last breath will bring us together

I know you are there waiting for me

But I have this life to live first
